1. Order Processing Time
We know you’re excited to get your new gear!
All orders for sunglasses, pendants, and bracelets are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following Monday.
You will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Flat rate or Free on orders over $XX).
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Additional fee applied at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select regions. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or carrier delays.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
To keep our service efficient for everyone:
Confirmation: We may call or message you to confirm your COD order before shipping. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.
Payment: Please pay the courier in cash only. They are not authorized to accept digital transfers unless specified by the local courier service.
Refusal: If a COD order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for your future orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package directly through our carrier’s website to see exactly when it will arrive at your door.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
Strapie is responsible for your order until it reaches your hands.
If your item arrives damaged (e.g., scratched lenses or broken chains), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.
We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery for international orders typically takes 7–14 business days.
